WRITING THE FUTURE: INDIAN ARMY CONNECTS WITH YOUTH THROUGH EDUCATION

In an effort to encourage creative learning among the youth and to enhance awareness and understanding of the role of the Armed Forces, the Indian Army organised an Essay Writing Competition at Govt Higher Secondary School, Hakura on 12 May 2026. The event was conducted with the aim of motivating school-going students towards constructive educational activities while promoting mutual understanding and cooperation within the community.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, teachers and school authorities. A total of 41 students and 10 teachers took part in the programme, making the event a meaningful and interactive educational initiative.
